Contests
How do I enter a contest?
Browse the Contests page, pick a live competition, and click “Enter Contest.” You'll be asked to create a contestant profile, upload your photo, and pay the registration fee (if applicable). Once confirmed, you're in.
Can I enter more than one contest at a time?
Yes. You can register for multiple active contests simultaneously. Each contest has its own profile, votes, and leaderboard.
What happens after I register?
Your profile goes live on the contest leaderboard. Share your unique contestant link with your supporters so they can vote for you.
Is there an age requirement?
Contestants must be at least 16 years old. Contestants under 18 require parental or guardian consent before registering.
Voting
How does voting work?
Every vote is purchased using our secure payment system. You select a vote bundle, complete payment, and your votes are instantly credited to your chosen contestant. All votes are verified and tamper-proof.
Can someone cheat the voting system?
No. Every vote is tied to a verified payment transaction. Duplicate, fraudulent, or suspicious votes are automatically voided by our anti-cheat engine in real time.
Are votes refundable?
Votes are non-refundable once cast, as they are tied to completed payment transactions. If a technical error occurs, contact our support team within 24 hours.
How do I know the leaderboard is accurate?
Leaderboards update in real time and are calculated directly from confirmed, verified vote transactions. Results are auditable by the platform administrators.
Prizes
How are prizes paid out?
Cash prizes are paid directly to winners via bank transfer within 48 hours of results being published. You'll be asked to provide your bank details through your dashboard after winning.
What if I don't receive my prize payment?
If you haven't received your prize within 5 business days of results being published, contact us at support@17thempire.com with your contestant ID and contest name.
Are prizes subject to tax?
Prize winnings may be subject to applicable local taxes. 17th Empire will issue payment records on request. We recommend consulting a tax professional in your jurisdiction.
Account
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click “Forgot password?” and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Can I change my contestant profile after registering?
You can update your bio and social links at any time. Your stage name and contest category are locked after registration to maintain leaderboard integrity.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account, and select “Delete Account.” This action is permanent and will remove all your data, including vote history and contest records.
